Payment Information

We accept most health insurance plans.

We also accept patients who do not have insurance and wish to pay out-of-pocket at the time of the visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

Here is a listing of some of our current fees (05/06/08) with discount applied (discount applicable only if the patient files his/her own claim and pays in full at the time of the visit):

* New patient, typical doctor's visit: $75 straightforward (most visits), $110 complex
* Established patient, typical doctor's visit: $65 (most visits), $95 complex
* Skin laceration repair, simple, 1 inch or less: $160 (includes visit & suture removal)
* School physical only (patients under 22): $44
* EKG: $50, plus doctor's visit fee
* Most X-rays: $55-$75, plus doctor's visit fee
* Cholesterol, diabetes, liver & kidney check (blood draw): $60, plus doctor's visit fee
* Flu Shot: $20
