     We diagnose, treat, and manage the entire range of the medical spectrum, from minor emergencies and mild acute illnesses, to high blood pressure and high cholesterol, to complex chronic conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, rheumatologic disorders, and kidney diseases.

     Our Dallas urgent care center also provides  regular primary care, including preventative, age-appropriate checkups, because the best way to stay healthy is to prevent the illness in the first place.  Waiting too long is likely to result in irreversible damage, and many studies have shown that early detection prolongs life and improves its quality.

     Dr. Pugach has special interest in adult  and weight-related diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes.  In certain cases, Dr. Pugach can treat hypertension using non-pharmacological means (without pills or injections), by FDA approved methods - other than diet and exercise.

We also perform CDL/DOT drivers license certification, and Occupational Medicine  exams.
